Directions

FROM BOSTON:

• Take Storrow or Memorial Drive to Fresh Pond Parkway, Route 16.
• Follow signs for Route 16 and Route 2. Continue about 2 miles on Route 16. Road will make a sharp left turn around a small rotary and follow 1/4 mile until you come to the Fresh Pond rotary.
• At the Fresh Pond rotary take the first exit onto Alewifebrook Parkway. You will pass Whole Foods on your right.
• Follow Alewife Brook Parkway to Route 2 West.
• Proceed for approximately 5 miles.
• Take Exit 54A Waltham Street, Waltham.
• When exiting stay in left lane, and take a left at the stop sign, this is Hayden Avenue.
• Continue on Hayden Avenue until you see 100 on your left. You will see the AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. sign.
• At stop sign continue straight to our parking lot, you will pass by our main entrance on left.

FROM LOGAN AIRPORT:

• Airport Road to Boston via Sumner Tunnel. There is a toll inbound to Boston. Out of tunnel go straight and then right up the ramp onto I-93 North.
• Take I-93 North to second exit (1/2 mile) onto Storrow Drive West.
• Follow Storrow Drive West (5 miles to Fresh Pond Parkway - Route 16. (Harvard Stadium will be on your left, bear right over river to Cambridge.)
• Follow signs for Route 16 and Route 2. Continue about 2 miles on Route 16. Road will make a sharp left turn and follow 1/4 mile until you come to the Fresh Pond rotary.
• At the Fresh Pond rotary take the first exit onto Alewifebrook Parkway. You will pass Whole Foods on your right.
• Follow Alewife Brook Parkway to Route 2 West.

FROM ROUTE 128:

From the South/North:
• Take 128/95
• Take route 2 East (follow directions below)

FROM ROUTE 2

Route 2 heading West:
• Take Exit 54A Waltham Street, Waltham.
• When exiting stay in left lane, and take a left at the stop sign, this is Hayden Avenue.
• Continue on Hayden Avenue until you see 100 on your left. You will see the AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. sign.
• At stop sign continue straight to our parking lot, you will pass by our main entrance on left.

Route 2 heading East:
• Take Exit 53 Lexington/Waltham/ Spring Street
• Merge onto Concord Avenue
• Take a right at Spring Street
• Follow Spring Street for about 1 mile to Hayden Avenue on your right.
• Take a right on Hayden Avenue.
• Continue on Hayden Avenue until you see 100 on your right. You will see the AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. sign.
• At stop sign continue straight to our parking lot, you will pass by our main entrance on left.
