Takeda
In April 2010, AMAG entered into a license, development and commercialization agreement with Takeda Pharmaceutical Company related to Feraheme® in all therapeutic indications in 5 regions, including Europe, Canada, Turkey, the Commonwealth of Independent States and Asia Pacific countries, excluding Japan, China and Taiwan.

3SBio, Inc.
In May 2008, AMAG Pharmaceuticals entered into a strategic collaboration with 3SBio, Inc. to develop and commercialize Feraheme as an intravenous iron replacement therapy to treat iron deficiency anemia in chronic kidney disease in China.

Guerbet, S.A.
Guerbet, S.A. is our marketing partner for GastroMARK® (ferumoxsil). GastroMARK is sold under the tradename Lumirem™ in various countries in the European Union, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. In November 2008, we ceased manufacturing of Feridex I.V.® sold by Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals and TaeJoon Pharmaceuticals Co., Inc. and by Guerbet S.A under the tradename Endorem. We do not intend to continue its commercialization and have terminated agreements with all of our Feridex I.V. marketing partners including Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals, Guerbet, S.A. and TaeJoon Pharmacueticals Co., Ltd.
