Heiden, AMAG’s new chief executive officer, will present at two investor
conferences in June. The presentations will include a company overview
and a review of the company’s growth opportunities.

The presentations will take place as follows:

• June 4, at 9:30 a.m. EDT – Jefferies 2012 Global Healthcare Conference
  in New York City; and
• June 6, at 2:40 p.m. PDT – Goldman Sachs 33^rd Annual Global
  Healthcare Conference in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
